Hi found this newspaper article I think the ship should read "The Duntrune"

Long Lost Relatives.
Davidson (William Clarke), left Dundee, Scotland, in May 1881, and sailed in the ship Duntrume, bound for Port Augusta, Australia. His poor mother can gain no tidings
since.
The ship passenger list maybe a good place to start.
