Wilhelmine Marie Thompson is found sailing to San Francisco (Ancestry.com immigration records) and is likely married there to Carl B. Johnson of Sweden (see 1930 and 1940 census). Living with Wilhelmine and Carl is her sister Margaret (Maggie) May Thompson/Thomson, who is single (in both the 1930 and 1940 census). Wilhelmine and Margaret May both born in Australia. No children in either census. A Margaret May Thomson of the correct age appears in an immigration record from Australia to San Francisco, traveling to Carl B. Johnson, and is noted as born in Goolwa. See Norway forum.
