I seem to have answered my own post instead of yours - sorry! so do check all the posts.

I find 3 possible immigrations for Julia Conway - not super helpful.

As she was listed as 44 when she died 1888, born c. 1844 these two both look possible based on age at death
CONWAY JULIA 24 JAN 1869 SOUTHERN EMPIRE B 280 003 born c. 1844/5
CONWAY JULIA 22 JAN 1865 GOLDEN EMPIRE B 241 004 born c. 1843
