The names of both sets of parents should be on a 1923 marriage certificate - unless either of the couple did not know the name of their parents.
I'm not sure what Jean sent you - but based on Bridget Seabrook dying in 1961 aged 83 years - this would seem to be her records

Probable birth 1878
Bridget Kennedy parents Daniel Kennedy and Julia CONWAY Place Gret ref 3069
Mother Julia seems to have died in 1888
Death Julia Kennedy age 44 parents Thomas Conway and Bridget Cahill Place Warragul Ref 7979
so it may be that Bridget was unaware of her mother's name when she married in 1923, or perhaps more likely, the informant on her death certificate did not know her mother's name.
