Found possible marriage in Victoria for a Charles ALLEN - Catherine WELSH 1877 Victoria.

I also found a possible death in Victoria:

Cath ALLEN died 1944 ECHUCA Father: Edw WELSH mother: Mary Unknown.

Again this is only minimal information for accuracy you will need to purchase certificates.

I cannot see how this couple are the same couple from NZ.
