These 2 didnt leave much of a foot print ....... They didnt have any kids b in NSW.... Neither in the 1903 NSW electoral roll

In the 1930 e rolls for NSW there was a Herbert COZENS, a cook at the State Hospital, Liverpool ??

Emily COZENS no where to be found , She wasnt b in NSW

The Herbert COZENS who d in 1932 didnt leave a will

Suggest you will have to buy copy of their marriage cert
You can get transcriptons of alot of NSW records
