Thanks very much Michelle,

This information proved very interesting because James Blackman's son William married Sarah Cobcroft who was the aunt of Susannah Ford my ggggrandmother (Susannah's mother was Mary Ann Cobcroft). This helps me in establishing a reason for the family settling in the region (existing relatives). Although a lot of people from the Hawkesbury did later settle in the Wellington Valley.

I still have not established where William Lewis came from as yet still looking.

Michelle, I have the NSW Pioneer Index on disc, The General Muster List of NSW 1923/24/25 and the Hawkesbury Pioneer Register. If any of these can be of assistance to your research, I would be happy to do a lookup for you.

Thanks again for the info.

Regards
Jane
