Hi,

What I have is Arthur Joseph Hill Married Issabella Ellis in England. They arrived in SA when he was 29 yrs old, in 1848. They had 4 kids. William Hill, Ann Hill, John Hill (born 1850 in Northam WA) and George Hill born 1855.
George must have moved back to SA as he marrried a Ann Thurman Morris, in Delamere SA. There is a good chance that William may have moved back there as well.

I do not have the ladies name that William Hill married, however, have a look at the childrens names. In those days, they named their children after parents and brothers, sisters etc. Was any of them named, Issabella, Arthur, Ann , John or George..

If George was the youngest and born in 1855 and william the oldest, with 2 other kids in between, it would be ok to assume that William could have been born about 1840. Therefore he would have been old enough to marry in 1860

Shorrelle.
