Mrs MULLIN Boarding House Lt Lonsdale Street 1850s

I am trying to trace the whereabouts (ie. addresses if possible)and any other details about my great great grandmother Mrs Mary MULLIN and her daughter Maria (born ~ 1841 in Belfast) and son John (born Liverpool in 1846). I only know that they arrived in Victoria sometime in the early 1850s. I believe Mary's husband William died overseas but this is unproven to date. The first reference of the family here is the marriage of Mary's eldest daughter Jane Matilda Mullin to Alexander Lambert on 25/11/1852 at East Melbourne but this does not mention an address. Furthermore the following information is very interesting and I am wondering whether this is the same family as my own??

Tanners Melbourne Directory 1859
Mullins, Maria, Boarding House, 12 little Lonsdale Street, West

Sands and Kenny Melbourne Directory

1857-8 Boarding and Lodging Houses - Mrs Mullins - 9 Little Lonsdale St West

1859 Boarding and Lodging Houses - Mrs Mullins - 12 Little Lonsdale St West

Does anyone know more of this family? Are there other references I should consult?

Thanking you,
