Wondering if anybody has any knowledge of an unsolved murder involving my family in 1956.It happened in Fitzroy, Melb and two of my family was killed. There names were Mary BOANAS and her daughter Rose FISHER. Mr Boanas owned a newspaper and a bank in Peking in the early 1930s and was a prisioner of war in Asia at this time. He came to Australia after the war and died a few years before the murders. There has been articles in the Argus and it was dubbed the Treasure House Murders because of the amount of jewellry etc inside, but to this day I have not been able to find anything on these people at all. I think that Mary BOANAS madien name was STEWART. Any information would be helpful.
