Madam TASKER Nth Carlton Melb 1890s
Posted by: Robert Bell Date: February 16, 2001 at 23:13:40

Urgently seeking any information of the identity of a Madam TASKER who lived in Canning Street, North Carlton, Victoria, AUSTRALIA during the 1890s. She is listed in the Sands & McDougall's directory as a HERBALIST. I am attempting to ascertain whether she is one and the same person as a Maria TASKER (born. 1841 Belfast Ireland) nee MULLIN (first husband was a Henry BOARDMAN died Illabarook Creek, Victoria in 1866). Maria was a daughter of a William MULLIN (surveyor) and a Mary nee PATTERSON (nurse). Any information on either the identity of Madam TASKER or my branch of the MULLIN family too is most appreciated. Regards, Robert Bell, Victoria Australia.
