The Thomas and Arbelle you have mentioned are the paternal grandparents of my maternal Grandfather.I grew up in the same house as my grandmother and, so I had a lot of this history already. However, some things I have that are different:I have Thomas Christopher's middle name spelled as, Cristofer.I didn't originally have dates on either Thomas or Arbelle but, their son, Robert Kates Cook (my great-grandfather)had reference to their places of birth as per the 1880 census.Robert Kates married Bertha May Ellison.I actually have photos of their gravestones from when my mom went to the cemetery where they are buried in OK.My grandfather, Martin Windle was the son of Robert Kates COOK and Bertha May ELLISON.I have the info on all of his children, as my mother was the oldest.Martin Windle went by his middle name of Windle. He married my grandmother and they had 5 children. Two of these are still living: one in Ponca City, OK and one in Hemet, CA.They have no info on the Ancestry, however. What I received, I got from my grandmother and then my mom when she visited OK a couple of years ago and took pics.
Any info on the ancestry from Arbelle (Arbella) on... would be appreciated.I DO have the John Larkin and Edness info from the site but, references to where that is found would be much appreciated.Thanks.
Oh, also, One of Arbelle's children, Fannie May, is listed as A. May COOK on the 1880 census. This may be due to the different script used at the time making the F appear as a more modern-day A??
