John Austin Junior / Hanover County, Virginia

I have in my my genealogy, references to a John Austin Junior who fought in the French & Indian War as a young Corporal in the Virginia Militia under Colonel Washington and Colonel Byrd, and also fought, as an older man, in the Revolution as a Sargent-Major under General Washington. We believe he lived in Hanover County Virginia on lands boardering the Chikahominy awarded to him for his services to the Commonwealth of Virginia in both conflicts. The name "Bosworth" is associated with these grants. What little I know is this: He was born in 1726, married a woman named Mary Crenshaw c.1750, and died in 1815 in Hanover County. His father was also named John Austin (b.1695) and his mother is thought to have been named Anne Jones (b.1700). They had the following off-spring: Susanna (m. Rev.John Anthony), Elizabeth (m. Benjamin Allen), Sarah (m. Nathaniel Bell), William (m. Mary Trueman) and John III (m. Lucy Shelton and later m.Sarah Spottswood). John III is thought to have emmigrated to Tennesse. Does anybody have any further information?
