Hi Bonnie,
I searched my databases and books again for your Austins. Sorry, none were listed. However, I did find some Dolbee's.
1919-1923 Kalamazoo County Rural Directory: This directory lists the spouse and children who were living at home.
Andrew Dolbee, wife was Susan, children were Wreita and Hazel. He was a laborer and leased house and lot in Schoolcraft Twp.
Harley Dolbee, wife was Lottie, child was Richard. He was a laborer and leased house and lot in Schoolcraft Twp.
From the Kalamazoo Gazette:
P. V. Dolbee, listed under title, "Kalamazoo Letter at Post Office, 1856".
Richard Dolbee m. Mabel Campbell in Dec 1942.
Wreta G. Dolbee m. Walter B. Paradine in June 1918. They celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary in June 1968. Wreta was b. 16 Mar 1902, d. 14 May 1988; last residence was Kalamazoo and Walter was b. 1 Jan 1902, d. Feb 1973; last residence was Scotts, MI. There are Paradine's in the 1942 Kalamazoo City Directory if you're interested in them.
Mylan Austin, 80, dies at Borgess, Dec 1944 and Mylan Austin, Native of Bloomingdale dies, Dec 1944.
Nathaniel C. Austin, listed in Military Service Scrapbook, 18 Apr 1932 at the Kalamazoo Library. Since this was the day after he died, it could be his obituary. Noticed in your query that Nathaniel had other marriage(s). Do you know their name(s)?
Regards,
Mic Andrus
