Dear Peter,
I have an excerpt from a will from Mary Austen of Marden, widow dated 25 Feb 1834. "My daughter Sarah Austen, executrix.
William Austen, the illegitimate child of my said daughter Sarah Austen
My son Stephen Austen, executor. Probat 16 Dec 1840
AND
Sarah Austen of Marden spinster, will dated 29 Jan 1849
all my real and personal estate to my brother Stephen Austen executor. Probate 26 Oct 1850
Both are from the Perogative Court of Canterbury
