Lynda,
From my records the Thomas Frederick Aust who emigrated in 1854 together with his younger brother Henry Aust, were both born in Reading. They were the sons of Thomas Aust and Marianne Wright. Thomas Aust was the second son of William Aust and Sarah Moody and was born about 1813 in Corsham, Wiltshire.
