This is a hard family. The census does not help. I found the William Washington marriage but not in census. Where did you find him and when? Date of birth? Have you seen Wesley, James and Edmond? I think this Thomas was married to Agnes in Williamsburg SC and ran away from home leaving a wife and several kids. Betty is listed as the head of the housewhole. She is 48 and was born in South Carolina. I believe this to be Noah's mother.
