I have a Mathew (Matthias) AUGENSTEIN that was born Aug 1824 in Dietenhausen, Karlsuhe, Baden, Germany; married Katharina NEU; died 14 Jul 1895 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny Co., PA; bur. North Zion Luthern Churchyard. His parents were Matthaus/Matthias AUGENSTEIN (1779-1870) and possibly Barbara LEONHARDT (1788- ). There appears to be a long line of Matthias with various spellings, so I would be interested in knowing if we have a match.
