Seeking information on my GrGrandmother Rosa Auer who was born in Germany approx 1853. Rosa's father was Ferdinand Auer believed to be born in Wittenburg, Germany approx 1827. Her mother was Elizabeth Dressler believed to be born in Prussia, Germany approx 1832. Rosa had nine(9) children. Two of the oldest daughters probably born in New York; Anna approx 1873 and Elizabeth approx 1875. A son Joseph Stinehart, Jr. was born in Reading, Pa approx 1877.
Rosa and Joseph moved to Toledo, Oh (Lucas County) their names appeared in the 1880 Census. Rosa and Joseph also lived in Wood County Oh. Name also spelled Steinhart.
Rosa had a sister, Mary Mozer, who lived in Toledo, Oh
