Thank you Mary. The names and dates you give me seem to coincide with mine; however, Auguste had 6 sisters, and the birth place is different. The oldest was Noelie married to a Boisseranc as you say. In France, the same name is used so many times that it is difficult to decide the correct name.
As for the name, Eyraud, my husband is from La Motte en Champsaur. Has a brother, Maurice, Mayor of La Motte, and a sister living at Le Serre. We don't believe to be related to any people in Les Eyrauds.
Are you related to any of the Eyrauds in La Motte?
