I am searching for parents of Caroline Aubert, b. Aug 12, 1834 in IL, parents names not shown on her death certificate but said both from Switzerland. Caroline went to the Oregon Territory by wagon train in 1849. Census in Oregon showed her living with a Catherine Aubert, who was three years younger than Caroline. Could Caroline and Catherine be two of the children of Peter Aubert? Please contact me at ccwright@bcsnet.net
