I seek any descendants of the Attwood family living in or around Akeley or Lillingstone Lovell, Buckinghamshire, namely the descendants of Samuel Attwood (b.1795) and Frances Scott (b.1797), married on 28 November 1815 at Maids Moreton:
Their children were as follows:
John Attwood (b.1819)
Richard Attwood (b.1821) my Great Grandfather
Sarah Attwood (b.1824)
Robert Attwood (b.1835)
George Attwood (b.1839) Farmer of Akeley
From the Will of George Attwood (in my possession), of Church Farm, Akeley, I am able to construct a family tree. George had two nephews (sons of John?) named Frederick William (b.1856) and Samuel Richard (b.1862), who married Kate. Frederick married Eleanor (?) and produced the following children, all found in the Census of 1901:
Nellie Frances Attwood (b.1881)
May A|ttwood (b.1884)
Dorothy Attwood (b.1887)
George Attwood (b.1892)
Alice Attwood (b.1898)
I understand Nellie Frances died in 1943 (Akelely church records)
Are there any descendants of the above, who would have been my father's second cousins? Any information would be gratefully received.
