My Great Grandfather, Joseph Attwood, born in Eckington about 1841 (he was 40 at the 1881 census) subsequently settled in Wyre Piddle, Nr.Pershore, Worcestershire. James, son of Joseph, owned village shop and bakery in Wyre Piddle. Many Attwoods in Pershore area now.

Could he (Joseph) possibly be one of the 13 children of your Thomas Attwood? Could you please confirm?
