The information I have provided is prety much all I can offer. The information came from the book "Jim Attaway and his Neighbors" pages 59 & 60, by Frank McFerrin which was released in 2007. Mattie Attaway Wiggins, daughter of Martha, was a member of the Sylverino Baptist church*. You may be able to dig something out from there. Mattie had four children by John R. Attaway. Two years after Mattie died, John R. married Mary Elizabeth Williams. John R. died less than three months after this marriage. Mary Elizabeth later married a cousin to John R., John E. Attaway.
* search the internet for a listing of graves in the Sylverino cemetery.
