As far as I know the first Attaways to Missouri were through my great grandfather, Harrison Attaway. Most of the family stayed around the Lebanon, Monett, Joplin area. My grandfather was the youngest living son, Brennan Attaway. He moved from Monett to Kansas City in the early 1900s and lost track of many members of his family. I am trying to track them down.

I may have something about Mary Attaway in my notes. I will sort through them and let you know what I find.

I just feel sure that we are related. Do you know nothing about the family?
