I'd like to find out where JT was born. Census for 1910 (Dale Co., Al.) indicates Georgia and his tombstone reads: Attaway,J.T. Co A 59th Ga.Inf. Nov 23,1845 - July 11,1922. He is buried at Union Presbyterian Church Cemetary, County Road 13, Arguta, Alabama. He was married to Mary E. Attaway, who also appears to have been born in Ga. Their youngest daughter was Ora Cornelia Attaway born 22 Jun 1894 in Ozark, Dale, Al. Any info will be appreciated.
