I am looking for information concerning Thomas Atkinson of Concord. He was in Concord as early as 1636 and died there in November 1646.
At the time of his death, Thomas' mother was still living somewhere in England. At a later date, his daughter and son-in-law had to travel to England to settle the estate of their grandmother.
I am looking for the original source of this story. I know it exist, have seen a brief refrence to it and have talked to a family member who has handle and read the orginal documents which tell this story (unforuantely, she is in poor health, in a nursing home, and her reserach materials are in stroage and we can't currently locate the source).
Has anyone read this story or come across anything similar to this.
I'm also looking for a complete copy of Thomas Atkinson's Will. I have read it refered to and portions of it quoted, but have yet to find a copy of the entire document.
If you can assist I wold appreciate hearing from you. Thanks for your consideration.
