I found where my 2nd great grandfather William A. Atkins is from Cabell County, WVA. William live in the Russell County, VA area and is listed in the 1870 censes of Russell County, VA. The marriage record list his father and mother as Neb or Ned Atkins and Rachel ? from Cabell County, WVA. If any one has any information on William father and mother I will share what I have on his family.
