ELIZABETH ATKINS, b. abt 1785 Cumberland Co, NC (Cross Creek area) m. 5 Sept 1805 Cumberland Co. NC to SIMON MATTHEWS Elizabeth's father was JAMES ATKINS, Who was her mother?? Elizabeth died before 1830. What date??? Elizabeth's grandfather was ICA ATKINS, who was a Justice of the Peace and Entree Taker 1770's-1780's. He was in the Rev War and is listed as being in Battle of Moore's Crossing.
