Hi Pat, I am looking for the parents of Willis Adkins (Atkins)(Atkinson) b about 1785, I think in Va, probably Orange or Goochland Cos. He married in 1814 in Ky. Rebecca Driskell and had two sons, David and James M. Adkins. Willis died around 1820. I have a hunch Willis' parents are John Atkinson and Nancy Burrus. Other marriages of the Atkins in the same Ky. county are to Burrus' and Bells and one of the Atkins first name was Brockman. Do you know of anything to confirm or deny my guess? Thanks.
