According to the information I have - which is a bit threadbare, your Frances Wisdom is the grandaughter of Roger Bell, Jr. Sarah Bell married Francis Wisdom in 1753. He died in 1780. Roger mentions grandchildren Lucy and Frankey. Frankey Wisdom m. Edw Atkins - witness Joseph Atkins,Thomas Burrus.
Have you seen W.E.Brockman's Orange Co. Families? 4 volumes, one a scrapbook. The Bell family should not be hard to trace.
My Atkins - John sr., John Jr.. John Jr.'s wife was daughter of a Burrus who married Ann Wisdom.
I think you will find the surety Joseph Atkins who signed for Frankey is the son of John Sr.
I have not followed that line - there are just too many Johns and Josephs, etc.
As for Frankey - she does not show up in my Wisdoms but the Wisdoms go back to John, Thomas b. 1630,Francis Sr. b. 1676, Fr. Jr., b. 1704 Gloucester (?Sp) died in Pitts Co.
I think my John Wisdom who married Ann Collins was the son of Thos. Sr.
It gets very confusing.
Roger Bell Jr's son Henry married Susannah ATkins, Dau of John Jr. & Nancy Burrus above. They along with a bunch of Burrus's moved to Kentucky.
As I say, this is threadbare, but a place for you to start if you don't have this info.
