Here's the rest. Captain George Athy b.
Galway, Ireland, 1642; transported to America as a bondservant to Thomas Dent, 1662. Died
Prince George Co., Md., by 7 March 1710.
He was the son of Francis Athy of Galway,
Ireland. The name is pronounced a-th-I. The
Athy name is one of the 7 tribes of Galway,
Ireland. There is more history on this family. (see next message)
