Looking for the parents of Betsy Athey and possibly Susan Athey. I have that Betsey married James Hales JR. in 1814 in Knox Co. KY, his parents were James Hales SR. and Esther Scott. There were other children another daughter married a William Cottingim in KY. The above mentioned Susan Athey married Leighton Ewell in Ky they had two sons John H. Ewell, thomas Maxey Ewell ( he may have married a Marinda Fox) and a daughter by the name of Susan. the information I am looking for is the names of Betsy and Susan Athey's parents and other siblings.
