hello, i dont know if i can help you,but i have some info on my side. nathan atherton b. 8-31-1862, d. 11-5-1947 an d his wife effie b. 1-5-1867 d. 4-14-22 were my gr-grandparents. they were from carlisle co., town of cunningham, ky. their children were berlie anderson atherton b.1888 d. 1968 , he was my grandfather. their other children were leonard, rufus,ed, roy ,william, grace and mary. all of these athertons came to dallas county texas, then to ft. worth . the brothers worked for the oil refineries in ft worth. most of them are buried at mt. olivet cemetary in ft. worth. i have other info on more wives and children. if intrested , contact me. thanks. ps some family members lived at wycliffe, ky and possibly cairo, il.
