My GGGGrandfather was Israel Atherton who I understand was born in Kentucky. He was born abt 1790 and has sons named Aaron, Joseph, Milton, & Adam. If there is a connection I would sure appreciate any help. They moved to Illinois by way of Hamilton Cty., Ohio and he died in Hancock Cty., Illinois
