Sorry, I don't know of any connection, but as I know nothing more of Reuben Ross Atherton but that he was born in Ohio and was by the time he lived in Fulton Co., IL, a member of the Society of Friends in the Plainfield Meeting group. He could have any number of relatives in Ohio that I'm unaware of. Any more light you can shed, I'll happily bounce back to you.
