I dont immediately see any connections but I have not been able to connect to anything in the Paducah area. Yet John Silas Atherton(b. 1857 Leitchfield KY) and his wife Martha had children born in Paducah and Calvert City during the 20 year time span from 1888 to 1908. One of the children was named Hallie Beulah Atherton b. 1903.
Do you have a date of birth for Ophelia or her sisters? Did she have any brothers? Uncles? (I have not found any brothers or sisters of John Silas!) I would be interested in any other information you have on Ophelia and will keep her in mind as I continue to look!
