My GGfather, John ATHERTON b. dec. 15, 1895 m. Minnie Rimmer in
Welland, Ontario. Minnie was from Southport and I think John may
have been from around there.

John's parents were Peter ATHERTON and Roseanne MaCCORMACK.

That's all I have. I think John had some siblings. He died in 1947
I never met him.
