I am looking for any info concerning Robert Atherton arrived from Manchester Eng in early 1800's in Paterson, NJ. Sons, William Charles, Thomas,&James went to Georgia in 1840 and started the old Roswell Cotton Mills. Then went to Talking Rock Creek. The families were in Cherokee counties and Pickens Counties. Cross ref messages of Gail Harrison.
