The death certificate of Harrison Atherton lists Stephen Atherton as his father and Hannah Huff as his mother. The 1865 State Census Shows Marian F. Atherton age 15 living with them as a nephew and born in Michigan. In 1870, Francis Atherton is living with Harrison. I believe this is Francis Marion Atherton who's father was Asahel Atherton born 1800 in PA. If I find Asahel's father and siblings, I believe I will find the Stephen who is the father to Harrison.
