Thanks,But no if you dont have various spelling it probably isn't worth my time. We have came across several instances where our Aten's were listed in books(such as History of Beaver Co,PA) as Ater instead of Aten. The handwritten records sometimes the N looked like an R,Thus the error's were made.Our line also includes Auten's/Auton's/Aton's/Auter's/etc. and 4 lines in Western Pa used the Eaton name. Some retained the Aten spelling while brothers changed to Eaton. Probably because of the large number of Aten's that were living in a 20 mile radius here.Most naming their children the same names over and again. Guess it was kind of confusing,even back then.
