Emma Aslett/Haslett 1850 Marylebone

I have a marriage certificate for Emma Haslett and Owen Muspratt who married in Kilburn in 1878. She was born around 1850 in Marylebone. The certificate states her father was William Haslett, a butler. The only William I can find is in 1841 census. He was born around 1825 and was living in Marylebone with siblings and father Henry (b1771) and mother(?)Ann (b1791).
IF!! I have the correct William, he may have married Catherine Coverley in 1847 under the surname Aslett. This couple had Emma in 1849 and William in 1851. He was not with Catherine during the 1851 census, and she was a widow by 1861.
IF!! I have got it right Henry and Ann had the following children: Ann 1810, James 1814, Elizabeth 1817, Charles 1820, William 1825, Henry 1826, Jane 1831, Emma 1833, Phoebe 1838.

Does any of this sound familiar to anyone? I would love to know if I'm on the right track.
