I have been searching for an Askins family that was in Robertson Co KY. I do not know the name of the man, but the woman should be Martha Mannin that married an Askins, she adopted a son by the name of William Askins, and probably also raised a couple of Mannin nephews around the 1880's thru 1900. I find her living in 1900 with her sister Sena Craig and 3 nephews and adopted son in Robertson Co. KY....but by this time I think she has remarried, her last name at this time is Pore. Does anyone have any records of a Mannin(g) marrying an Askins. Thank You!!
