James Ashing, and varient spellings, m. Sarah Jane Ford 1799 in Mason Co., KY. Couple to Champaign Co., OH ca. 1808 and to Allen Co. OH ca. 1830 where they died. Their ch: Samuel m. Yeazel; Elizabeth m. Yeazel; Thomas m. Ward; Mary m. Wooley and Huntley; Jacob m. Clevinger/Bradley/Wallace; Blanch m. Collins/Toleman; James?; Matilda m. Clevinger; Joseph m. Shockey, Sarah Jane m. Plummer. Have much info to share, but
need parents of James Ashing. His mother was "Ellender" in 1776 census in Frederick/Montgomery Co., MD. Anita
