Looking for any information on Sarah Ashworth, born 1797/8 in the Rochdale area of Lancashire. She married in 1818 to James Buckley. The 1841 census shows the couple and their children living at Dobfield, between Milnrow and Rochdale. James was a farmer who died, to the best of my knowledge, before 1851.The 1851 census shows Sarah (with her children Ann, James, Sarah and Thomas) living Dobfield, Butterworth Freehold Side. She describes herself as a farmer of 25 acres employing 3 labourers. Later the family moved to Parkfield House, Newbold, Castleton Further, Rochdale. I think Sarah died sometime between 1861 and 1871.
