It is my understanding that 5 brothers came over from Scotland. They got into an argument and quit talking to each other. My great father-in-law, Henry Ashlock was one of the brothers. His son was Charles William Ashlock. He married Adella Justus. They had 6 boys and 2 girls. They moved from Ks and MO area to Washington State in the 1940's. Their name was originally ASHLOCH. When they came to America they americanized it to ASHLOCK. Does this help any?

Aleta Ashlock
