Debbie, If in the last two yrs. someone has come up with proof that Wm. Jr. is the grandson of John Asher Jr. I would be interested in seeing the source. The only thing I know of that can actually be proven is that Wm. Jr. is the father of our line. Tradition has it that he is the son of Wm. Sr. that married Eliz. Bean. Also some early researchers jumped to the conclusion that our Wm. Sr. was the son of John Jr. who left the will. This was proven wrong several yrs. ago. I am sure that this info is still out there in internet land without proof other than someone posting it somewhere. There is a possibility that our Wm. Sr. may have been the son of John Sr. but I have never seen the proof. There is also the Ashurst thing that has possibilities. Anyhow I will see to it that you are added to the mailing list for the reunion and I will look to see if we have your family from Eli on file.
