Steve: I am a g-g-g-great granddaughter of Robertson Asher. My father, George Leland Asher, Jr. was son of George Leland Asher, son of William Blevins Asher, son of Eli Asher, son of Dillion Asher, son of Robertson Asher. I have researched back further to Robertson's father, William "Billy" Asher, Jr., his father William Asher, and his father John Asher. Most of these additional relative's I've found using Genealogy.com and finding relatives that have posted their information on this site and Rootsweb.com. I'd also be interested in purchasing those Asher family books you mentioned in your posting. I'd love to attend the Asher family reunion but that's in two weeks and I'm committed to jury duty then. I'd love to find out who to contact about next year's reunion plans. Do you have the name and address or phone number of who plans these reunions that you can provide to me?
