Jan. 9, 1891 Hesperian published in Cooke Co., TX: W. A. Asher, an aged farmer, was held up by 3 road agents as he was returning from town last Wednesday, where he had sold several bales of cotton and robbed of $230. The robbery occurred near Velma, Indian Territory. The road agents were heavily armed with winchesters and six-shooter. Notify Administrator about this message?
