Hmm..... well, I have some questions :) I only have 8 children for John Ashe and Rebecca Moore. I'm wondering if your children numbered 9,10,11, and 12 could be duplicates on your list? For example number 9 (Mary Ashe) and 12 (Elizabeth Maria Ashe) could both be number 8 (Elizabeth Maria Ashe). Number 10 John) could also be number 3 (John) . And number 11 (Samuel)could be number 4 (Samuel). OK then when you get to the Waddell's.......I'm a little confused. Alfred Moore son of Hugh and Susan Henrietta Moore (I have her as Susan Henrietta you have her as Anne- do we have different families?), I think this Alfred was born in 1834 and never married a Hall. He married (acccording to these sources-) Julia Savage, Ellen Savage, and Gabrielle DeRossett): NOTES FOR ALFRED MOORE: The 20th Century Biographical Dictionary of Notable Americans, vol. 10, pg 268 on Ancestry Reference Library CD; Alfred Moore Waddell Oakdale Cemetery Records, Wilmington, NC 1880-1919, Vol. II Dictionary of North Carolina Biography Vol. 6 T-Z edited by William S. They did seem to like Hugh and Alfred :) Notify Administrator about this message?
